Starting February 12, 2025 at 01:00 (CET), all players in the United States of America and Canada must provide a valid billing address to comply with regulations. It is mandatory for purchases in the Premium Shop and ensures our adherence to regulations. If you have not added a valid billing address, now’s the time to update your details.
Adding, Updating, or Checking Your Address
You can edit your billing address anytime through your Account Management page on the portal. Just follow the instructions below:
- Log into your Account Management page
- Go to the Billing Address section and click “Configure or Change”
- Enter the required details
- Click “Save Changes” to confirm
Adding an Address during Checkout
When making a purchase in the Premium Shop, you’ll be prompted to add or edit your billing details if they haven’t been provided earlier or if an error occurred. Fill out the required fields as prompted, and the system will save your address for future purchases.
We recommend providing the details ahead of time to avoid any interruption.

- Double-Check Validity: Confirm that the ZIP code is recognized within the specified country.
- Review All Details: Check the provided information for accuracy, spelling, etc.
