How to Send a Gift
- After logging in, go to the Premium Shop.
- Select a game and a product of your choice.
- In Purchase Options, click [Purchase as gift].
- Choose a Username from your Friends list or write it down. You can add an optional message.
- Proceed with the payment options.
- Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation message. In addition, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
Good to know
- Only selected products are eligible to send as a gift. If this is your first time making a purchase or if you've had difficulty making purchases in the past, some options may not be available.
- If you're still having difficulties locating the Gift options, try clearing the cookies and cache from your web browser and try again.
- Should a gift recipient decline or not accept a gift within 30 days, the sender's account will be automatically credited with the gift or its equivalent in in-game Premium currency.
How to Accept or Decline a Gift
- If you've sent a gift to another player, please inform him/her that they would have to sign into the Wargaming Gift Shop and accept the gift.
- Within 24 hours after the purchase of the gift, you will be notified by e-mail and in the game client. To open the gift, receiver needs to follow the link in the email or click the "Receive" button in the notification in the game client.
- After logging in, go to the Premium Shop.
- On the main page, you will see a notification
- If the notification is not there, check this link.
- You can either [Accept Gift] or [Decline] the gift.
The Gift has not arrived or was sent to the wrong player
Should this happen, contact our Player Support team.
Have ready the following information:
- Username of the intended gift receiver
- Date of the purchase
- Name of the purchased product
- Order Number as seen on the purchase confirmation email. Example: c4e9ba14cf3011e5834f38eaa78b2fac
- Price of the package
- Proof of purchase: screenshot from the payment receipt or purchase ticket.
We recommend DECLINING gifts from someone you are unfamiliar with.
Should the sender of a gift you accepted cancel the payment or initiate a chargeback, both accounts will be locked until the outstanding amount from the purchased gift is paid back.
Please note that if you send it to another player and mistype their name, we will not cancel the gift or move the gift to the right account. We can refund the payment, only if the goods haven’t been used.
