I can't log in

• If the issue is a technical one (e.g. launcher, server downtime, internet connection), please go to this category.

• If you cannot log in due to a captcha code, please try to refresh the image and double-check the characters you enter.

Can’t login to Wargaming.net portal and Wargaming Game Center

1. Check whether the Caps Lock button is active on your keyboard.
2. Check carefully for typos when entering your email and password.
3. If you have several email addresses, try to enter another email as a login.
4. If the above doesn't help, try to restore access to your account according to the following articles:
   • Restoring Access via Email
   • Restoring Access via Mobile Phone
   • Restoring Access via Social Media

World of Tanks, World of Warships, World of Warplanes in Wargaming Game Center:

• Please check if the region of your Wargaming.net account matches the selected game instance:
  

  

• If you don’t see a suitable Game instance in the drop-down menu, please click "Game Settings", select "Install additional game instance" in the context menu, make sure that the necessary region is selected in the upper left corner, and click "Install additional instance":
  

  

World of Tanks Blitz:

• If you can’t login with linked Google/Apple/Microsoft/Steam/Nintendo, please try to log in using your login (email) and password instead. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it HERE.
• If you have several accounts linked, you need to change the default account to switch between them. You can find the detailed instruction on how to do it HERE. 

World of Tanks, World of Warships, World of Warplanes in Steam:

• You will not be able to log in to the game through Steam if your Steam profile is already linked to another account. In this case, you can either unlink the Steam profile in Account Management and then link it to another account, or merge the accounts together at the Update Credentials page.
