What exactly is a Season?
It's a massive event that encompasses all elements of the game, from the Garage to camouflages, and from Orders and Operations to bundles in the Store. Each season has a new story, style, and setting in its events and Operations. This involves unique tanks, profile backgrounds, camouflage, and other rewards.
What rewards can I get during a Season?
Rewards feature three unique Tier VII, VIII, and IX tanks with lots of upgrades. Each tank embodies a different aspect of the Season's theme and excels in combat in its unique way. By earning seasonal currency, you can progressively upgrade these tanks and immerse yourself deeper into the Season's storyline.
How do I get a Season's currency?
A Season's currency can be obtained in different ways:
- as rewards of a regular Pass and a Premium Pass for Operations
- as event rewards
- in Rating Battles
- in Tournaments
- by completing Quests and Orders
- by completing Clan Missions
- by participating in Draws
- as part of bundles in the Store
There are weekly limits on certain methods of earning a Season's currency. For example, you can collect up to 320 units of seasonal currency from weekly Clan Mission rewards, and up to 500 units of seasonal currency each week from Rating Battles and Tournaments. You can monitor these limits in a special window accessible from the Season window by tapping the "How to Get" button.
Where can I see my amount of accumulated seasonal currency?
If you have not yet completed all the stages in the Season and the Season is still ongoing, you can view your total amount of seasonal currency in the upper-right corner of the Season window. If the Season has ended and you have not completed its stages but you possess a tank from this Season that still has modules to research, the seasonal currency will be displayed in the tank's modules menu. If you have completed all stages, that is, acquired all seasonal tanks and fully upgraded their modules, the Season window will no longer appear, regardless of whether the Season has ended or not. In such cases, information about accumulated seasonal currency can only be accessed via Player Support.
What happens to a Season's currency after the Season ends?
It remains on your account and can be utilized in the future.
Can I use seasonal currency from a previous Season in a future Season?
No, each Season has its own unique seasonal currency.
How long does a Season last?
A Season typically lasts for three months. Between every two Seasons, there is a one-month break, the Off-Season, during which the game is prepared for the upcoming Season.
Is it possible to continue researching tanks from the Season's progression if I didn't have time to complete the research?
Yes, but only those tanks that you already have. Wait for individual offers to buy the missing modules.
Season Features
- You can get three unique tanks as part of a Season.
- Rating Battles extend over the three months of the Season.
- There is a rotation of maps: five maps are "retired" and return in the next Season.
Season Rating Battles
At the start of each Season, Rating Battles are aligned with the duration of the Season, lasting for three months. Throughout these three months, you can earn seasonal currency in Rating Battles by competing in the Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Leagues.
Seasonal currency in Rating Battles is awarded if the tank has earned at least 300 base XP per battle and the weekly limit has not yet been reached.
The amount of base XP can be viewed in the "Statistics" section of the battle results.
