Installing the NetTesting Application
Run the installer file to install the NetTesting application.
Make sure your device privacy settings allow installation of apps from unknown sources.
Configuring and Operating NetTesting
Launch NetTesting, select “North America” if you play on NA_C0 or NA_C1 server, or “North America 3” if you play on NA_C2 server, then press “Start”
Wait until the application is minimized, run the game, and play until the issue occurs.
After testing has been completed, restore the application. To do so, open the notification bar by swiping from the top of the screen and tap the NetTesting notification.
Tap the "STOP" button, and you will see a notification showing the default file folder for your NetTesting report. Path: "Internal storage" > "InetTest". The report file name will be similar to "2020-04-11T18-22-12.csv".
Menu item names may slightly vary for different versions of Android.

Please perform this test in the background while running the game and experiencing the problem that you described, otherwise we will not be able to see what causes it.
