Challenging the Ban

Why Was I Banned

If you breach the terms of the License Agreement, Game Rules, your account may be penalized. Repeated or multiple violations may result in a more severe restriction.

You may find out why you were banned in a special article.

The period of restriction depends on the Rule that the player violated, and also on severity of the violation. Restrictions may range from a 1-day ban to the account being permanently banned from the chat or game.

How to Challenge

If you feel the restriction was wrongfully enforced, submit a ticket to Player Support.

In your ticket, be sure to deliberate the arguments about your violations and attach screenshots as needed.

Types of Restrictions

Within the game:

According to the Game Rules:

  • Activating the read-only mode – blocking the ability to send messages within the Game and through game channels for any period, from one day to a permanent (indefinite) block.
  • Restricting access to the Game, or the entire Account for any period, from one day to a permanent (indefinite) block.
  • Removal of in-game assets, in-game achievements, as well as denial of rights to Additional Features, including the right to use the in-game currency, premium vehicles, and the premium account, without compensation (including by restoring the Account to its status before the relevant violation) – if they are gained through violation of the Game Rules, the EULA, other Wargaming rules or the terms of the relevant contests and promotions.
