If the Payment Is Made with Family Sharing:
If your account was charged, you need to apply to iTunes Store support with a refund request.
Due to some maintenance currently being done on the Family Sharing side, there is now an issue with actual crediting of in-game gold to the World of Tanks Blitz account after payment. We advise against using this service when you pay in World of Tanks Blitz until the issue is fixed. We will follow-up on this, stay tuned.
If the Payment is Made Conventionally (without Family Sharing):
To address this issue, create a ticket on the Player Support website and provide the following:
- Unedited screenshot of the proof of paymentsent to the email to which your Apple ID is registered.
- Unedited screenshot of the iTunes Store receipt.
To do this:
- Open iTunes on your computer.
- Sign in using your ID and your password.
- Click your name and select Account Information in the pop-up menu.
- Re-enter your password.
Once in Account Information:
- In Purchase History to the right of Latest Purchases, click See All.
- Click the arrow to the left of the order date to view purchase information. The purchases are listed in reverse chronological order.
- Find the payment you need, make a screenshot, and attach it to your Player Support ticket.
