Unsuccessful Payment with Android

Check the payment status:

  1. Sign in to Google payments center.
  2. Select View purchases.
  3. Select the order for which want to see the full receipt.

If the transaction line reads "Cancelled", contact Google Play Support to resolve the issue.

If the transaction is tagged as successful, we recommend waiting for 24 hours. If still no payment, submit a ticket via Player Support and attach the image of the receipt from the Google payments center.
