Missing SMS codes

If you do not receive an SMS with a code when linking (unlinking) your phone or restoring (changing) your password, try the following steps (until the problem is resolved):

  1. Check the blacklist of contacts on your mobile phone. If Wargaming's number is on it, remove it from the list and request the code again.
  2. In addition to the built-in blacklist, various third-party applications can block SMS messages: antivirus programs, special anti-spam software. Try temporarily disabling these applications and request the code again.
  3. The code can also be delivered to Viber, WhatsApp, or Telegram messengers. Please be sure to check them so you don't miss the message.
  4. Insert your SIM card into another phone and request the code again.
  5. Contact your mobile operator's support service and check whether messages from Wargaming are being blocked.
