If you do not receive an SMS with a code when linking (unlinking) your phone or restoring (changing) your password, try the following steps (until the problem is resolved):
- Check the blacklist of contacts on your mobile phone. If Wargaming's number is on it, remove it from the list and request the code again.
- In addition to the built-in blacklist, various third-party applications can block SMS messages: antivirus programs, special anti-spam software. Try temporarily disabling these applications and request the code again.
- The code can also be delivered to Viber, WhatsApp, or Telegram messengers. Please be sure to check them so you don't miss the message.
- Insert your SIM card into another phone and request the code again.
- Contact your mobile operator's support service and check whether messages from Wargaming are being blocked.
