If you want to choose another region for playing World of Tanks via Steam, follow the guide below.
The account progress will not be transferred to another region.
Completely close the Steam client. To do this, right-click the Steam icon in the system tray (on the taskbar). Then click Exit Steam.
Step 1. Select a Region
Method 1
Copy the link for your region from the list below, paste it into the address bar of your browser, and click Open Steam. The link will launch the Steam client.

Method 2
Download and run the batch file for the required region.
Step 2. Install selected Region(s)
Once Steam is launched, right-click World of Tanks in your Steam Library and select the Properties menu.
Open the DLC panel in the Properties menu.
Add checkmarks to the regions you want to be available during the launch. A related version will start downloading right away.
After launching the game, you can choose your account in another region if necessary.
How to Delete a Regional Client You Don't Need
As above, right-click World of Tanks in your Steam Library and select the Properties menu. Open the DLC panel in the Properties menu and uncheck versions that you will not be using. Steam will sync and automatically delete them.
