To recover the password this way, you must have full access to your email. If you don't have access to the linked email, follow the instructions from the dedicated article. If the account is linked to a mobile phone number, follow the instructions from this article.
- Follow the link and tap Reset. Make sure you’re not logged into another account on the portal. If you are, log out.
- Enter the email address that is linked to the account. Tap Continue.
- A link for password recovery will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
- Follow the link from the email.
- Enter the new password, confirm it, and tap Change.
- Password successfully changed!
- A message confirming that the password has been successfully changed will be sent to the email address to which the account is linked.
