Pingplotter: connection check

When WGCheck Network Diagnostics is unavailable, you may use a Pingplotter to generate a report and contact our Player Support team about a connection issue.

PingPlotter tests your network for high latency and packet loss and generates understandable reports.

How can I check my connection?

  1. Download Pingplotter Free from HERE.
  2. Please make sure no network-hungry programs are running.
    • P2P torrent downloads, messengers (Skype, Discord, etc.), Web browsers with tabs such as YouTube or Twitch opened, etc.
  3. Launch PingPlotter.
  4. Write the name of the game server in the [Enter target name or IP] field.
  5. Set the [interval] to 1 second.
  6. Click the green [Play] button.

  7. Let it run for at least 30 minutes then click the yellow [Pause] button to stop the diagnostics.
  8. You can save the diagnostics results on your computer as a .pp2 file and send this file to us, or share the report as a link automatically created by the PingPlotter program.
    • To save your report as a file, you should press File > Export Sample Set (PP2)… > All Data…
    • To share your report as a link, press File > Share > Create Share Page. The default browser will be opened on your computer after that, and you can copy the link that appears.
  9. Lastly, please go to www.whatismyip.com and send us your IP Address as displayed in the page.
