When WGCheck Network Diagnostics is unavailable, you may use a Pingplotter to generate a report and contact our Player Support team about a connection issue.
PingPlotter tests your network for high latency and packet loss and generates understandable reports.
How can I check my connection?
- Download Pingplotter Free from HERE.
- Please make sure no network-hungry programs are running.
- P2P torrent downloads, messengers (Skype, Discord, etc.), Web browsers with tabs such as YouTube or Twitch opened, etc.
- Launch PingPlotter.
- Write the name of the game server in the [Enter target name or IP] field.
- Set the [interval] to 1 second.
- Click the green [Play] button.
- Let it run for at least 30 minutes then click the yellow [Pause] button to stop the diagnostics.
- You can save the diagnostics results on your computer as a .pp2 file and send this file to us, or share the report as a link automatically created by the PingPlotter program.
- To save your report as a file, you should press File > Export Sample Set (PP2)… > All Data…
- To share your report as a link, press File > Share > Create Share Page. The default browser will be opened on your computer after that, and you can copy the link that appears.
- Lastly, please go to www.whatismyip.com and send us your IP Address as displayed in the page.
