Where to find a proof of purchase

Confirmation Emails

Any email indicating that you were charged will help Player Support to Investigate the issue. There you will find the order number or transaction ID.

Paypal or another online payment system

A screenshot of your wallet interface, showing the details of the purchase. You can go into your purchase history, find the purchase, and open the details. Take a screenshot of those details.

Bank Card, Bank Transfer and Direct Debit

A screenshot of a statement from your bank or from your online banking, showing the details of the purchase. All personal information should be blacked out; however, we will need to see:

• Date of purchase
• Amount of purchase
• Recipient of the purchase
• Transaction ID (whenever available) - this helps our team find the purchase
• First 6 and last 4 digits of the card number

SMS/Phone

A payment receipt via SMS or phone number received from the service provider.

Prepaid cards

• Prepaid card purchase date.
• A photo of both sides of the prepaid card. Make sure the code is clear and visible.
• A photo/scan of the shop purchase receipt.

Where to find a purchase history

You can monitor your spending yourself with payment notification emails. The notification contains the payment amount and the amount of the in-game currency or name of the bundle purchased. To find out how much has been spent from your account, use the Data Export feature in your Account Management, under the “Data Protection” section.

Selected countries have VAT invoices available.

What is a VAT invoice?

Vat invoices are an official proof of purchase, generated for eligible countries.

Where can I find my VAT invoices?

1. Log in to Account Management.
2. Find Invoices
   
3. Click [View invoices].
4. Individual VAT invoices can be downloaded. Click "Download".

• Only eligible countries have available VAT invoices.
• Our Player Support team is unable to generate VAT invoices.
