Declined payments: basic troubleshooting

I can't complete a purchase. What should I do?

  • Make sure all your payment information is accurate and up to date.
  • Clear your web browser cache or try using another one.
  • Bank Card: check the expiration date and CVV/CVC.
  • Try another payment method.
  • Make sure your Place of Residence matches your current location.
  • Contact your bank, card issuer or financial institution and verify the financial status of your account.

Good to know

  • Should a payment method give you trouble to complete, try a different one.
  • Bank Card: multiple payment attempts may result in temporary blocking of bank accounts and online payment gateways to prevent fraud (usually for 24 hours).
