If, when trying to launch a game in the Wargaming.net Game Center, the Play button is grey and it is specified that the game is already running despite being closed:
- Run the Windows Task Manager (right-click with your mouse on the task bar at the bottom of the screen or press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your keyboard and select Task Manager in the menu.
- If the Task Manager is in its compact view, click “More Details” in the bottom-left corner of its window.
- End all tasks with names or icons that are similar to those of the game you failed to launch.
- After this, the game should be available for launching in the Wargaming.net Game Center.
- If the problem persists, reboot your computer.
